I recently found this brokerage firm preftech.com. Its clients trade through its own proprietary software over internet instead of using a web browser which is advantageous IMO. The commission rate is 0.02/share with minimum $15. The software (Attitude Online Trading) provides staging capability where one can park your orders beforehand and execute them when it is appropriate. However, all orders are day orders at this moment, I think. One can always trade through human via a toll-free number if there is any problem trading over the net.

It is currently running a $100 promotion on commission or real-time data fee through AT financial.

I am not affiliate with Preferred except just transferred my account from Datek and will start trading tomorrow.

Please share any experience with this firm.
