Return to USMC...a Harley by another name?

As I write this, USMC is selling for 13.5 cents a share. Here's the deal: California Motorcycle Company, a private company, is merging with USMC second quarter of 98. California Motorcycle sold over 1,000 bikes last year and had revenues in excess of 15 million dollars. Their website (which is way cool) is cal-mocycle.com. They can build up to 300 bikes a day working two shifts, and their revenues have been growing at a rate of 40% annually for the past three years. Their bikes are customized around the V-Twin engine, and they have 16 models, all of which you can view from their site. They have roughly 50 (just a guess on the conservative side) dealers in the US, have 100 percent dealer financing, warranties, and their bikes are listed in the blue book. A list of dealers is on their website. Take a look at the site and the bikes...does USMC have a future? What do you think?
