The arenas of world-wide internet gaming and E-commerce are exploding at an
incredible rate. We have all seen numerous internet related E-commerce and gaming
companies appreciate in value at an incredible and; heretofore, unprecedented rate.
Interest is running at fever pitch to say the very least for investors to get a piece of any
promising internet entity. To this end, WINR has positioned itself, in a unique fashion,
to become a huge commercial entity in the form of the most secure, multi-currency,
world-wide, banking and accounting system for both internet gaming and E-commerce.
WINR has established affiliations with the Cyberlink Trust(CLT) and the Cyberlink
Monetary system (CMS). These entities provide WINR clientelle with; arguably, the
safest international banking haven, in which to place their funds for all aspects of
internet gaming and E-commerce through a centralized trust based in Lichtenstien. The
WINR system has been in place since August 31, 1998, and just a month ago began
processing their first transactions for 7 internet casinos and 7 sports books operated by
TISS (Telecommunication Information System Services, N.V.) and is expected to
bring another internet casino on-line in short order, InterBet Casino. For the time being
WINR is focusing on the internet gaming industry and is touting itself as "the players
site". WINR's uniqueness comes from the fact that it is the only payout structure that
acts solely for the benefit of the individual, and has no financial interest in the casinos
that they process for, other than the license fees and transaction fees. All other payout
structures currently in place are processed by and at the whim of the casino itself. This
is what makes WINR's system unique it actually acts as a financial agent for the
individual rather than the casino. I personally can't comprehend why any internet
gambler would feel safe using any system except WINR's, and along these lines I do
believe word will spread quickly. WINR's system is also compatible to all forms of
E-commerce. As a result CMS has opened an international mall known as
shoppingdowntown.com. While this entity is not fully operational as yet, they have
been taking applications for this "world shopping mall" for more than 4 months now,
and will hopefully be fully operational in the next 6-12 months. This is just a short
summary of what WINR's applications are capable of, I strongly suggest reading or

will come to the same conclusion as I have, that this is a great groundfloor opportunity
on a very unique company in what will be a very huge industry.!
