Phoenix Media Group produces radio programming and commercials and recently entered into a letter of intent to buy radio station KSWD-AM 950, Seward, Alaska. The company plans to acquire at least three radio stations in 1998.
Stock price has been quite low for many months, however prices have started to climb recently with above announcement.
