I have recently come across this company and have started the thread. This post is kept purposely short and the initial News realease is Post #1. In short they are a new company with Claims in Nova Scotia on lands believed to have Low Grade - High tonnage Gold and they also have Gold claims in Mexico - see Post#1

IPO shows about 8 MM shares out with 2 MM warrants and trading in the first few days is around $1.50 on low volume.
