When I called the company I asked if they plan on being a reporting
company with the SEC? I was told yes it will and they are not going
to let this company go to the pink sheets.

Will they be releasing news sometime? Yes, and news will be good.

What about a reverse split? I was told NO! That reverse splits they
did not like because they are against them.

Outstanding shares 46 million & over half are restricted.

Float around 13 million.

Revenue for the fiscal year ended March 31, 1997 increased 52% to

The company attributed the increase to better cost controls and higher prices for its commercial egg production and egg products.
