The company has received the permits
necessary to begin drilling at the Silver Ridge
property, 48km east of Revelstoke, B.C. A
$100,000 phase I work program consisting of
trenching and diamond drilling is expected to
begin by the end of June 1998. Riverdance as
to 30 per cent and Achieva Development as to
70 per cent have an option to acquire the 4,290
acre Silver Ridge property. Achieva
Development will be the operator of this
project under the supervision of Carl Verley of
Amerlin Exploration Services.
Silver, lead and zinc mineralization was first
discovered on the claims in the 1890's. Chip
samples collected during the 1997 field season
assayed up to 3.03 oz Ag, 12.32 per cent PB
and 4.67 per cent Zn over 2m across
mineralized sections.
