This means you can't have a post that says I heard it from a friend who said his brother works for a
guy that has an uncle in cleavland that heard a rumor.
You can post any stock here, but....
RULE#1 if your stock is already posted once, you have to go to that post and respond to it. and you
can only respond if you have new information, like a press release or sec info.
RULE #2 The stock must contain the following pieces of information
name of company
address
phone and fax
email and web site
president
Investor relations }
PR person } please post contact information
Transfer Agent }
Current News releases links
current sec reports
current articles or newsletters sponsoring the stock
link to SI thread
Link to current quote and chart

Now if the above information isn't available, then post Not available under the heading.
after all that is posted, please put a summary of the company as well as why you feel the stock is a
good investment. If you must you can put short term and long term predictions.

It is important that you check the thread to see if your stock is already promoted. If it is and you have
new info, go to the origional post and respond there.
This way, when a new comer looks at the first post, he/she can click on view all replies and see
everything from day one all at once.
If the new information you have is something that may cause a downtrend in the stock, that too is ok,
as long as it is a fact and not a rumor. Leave the rumors to the main stock threads, this one is for
research only.
