CHoPP Announces Relationship Between ANTs Software, the Internet and Parallel Processor Servers
PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 20, 1998--CHoPP Computer Corp. (OTC/BB:CHPP) is the owner and developer of a new software development tool for parallel processing servers.
ANTs, an acronym for asynchronous non-preemptive tasks, is a proprietary software development tool, written in C++ and JAVA that allows programmers to write scaleable software for servers with one to thousands of processors. ANTs software will run on all platforms using Windows NT or any of the various flavors of UNIX.
The extraordinary growth of the Internet is creating a need for more powerful servers to handle all of the projected traffic. ANTs complements two of the vital innovations required to expand the use of the Internet as the dominant method of business communications.
