StarTronix International, Inc. (OTCBB: STNX), based in Irvine, California, is a
Delaware corporation poised to take full advantage of the explosive growth both
in the home-business and the on-line services industries. The Company's products
and services include on-line Internet access via its state-of-the art screen phone,
"StarScreen ", a wide range of home-based and small business communications
devices, long distance services, and distributor training programs.
In April 1994, the Company established itself as StarTronix International and
launched efforts to develop and market leading edge technologies and low-cost,
Internet-related products and services to consumers and home-based business
owners. In order to achieve its long term objective to become the first provider of
a full range of affordable on-line products and services, StarTronix International
established three wholly-owned, operating subsidiaries:
* StarTronix, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, provides a home-based business
opportunity to independent distributors enabling them to use and market the
StarScreen (Internet Screen Phone) packaged complete with on-line services,
and unlimited local dial-up Internet access. The company will air a nationwide
infomercial to promote this business opportunity. In addition, StarTronix Inc. will
introduce "How To" training programs for the user to build their home-based
business using its products and services. The prelaunch of StarTronix Inc. began
with the introduction of its StarVoice phone, a state-of-the-art voice recognition
phone featuring voice trigger dialing for up to 40 phone numbers.
* StarTronix On-Line, Inc. is an Internet Services Provider (ISP) and will
provide local dial-up to the Internet for customers and distributors throughout
most of the US and Canada.
* StarTronix TelCom, Inc. was established as a wholesale aggregator of
discounted long distance telephone services and private label pre-paid debit
cards, including "800" service, "One Plus" commercial and residential direct
dialing and domestic travel cards using the least cost routing method. This service
will be bundled with the StarScreen and on-line services package. |
