MoneyGuild is a recently aquired shell as of Feb. 1998
The company currently owns 20,000 Hectares in Venezuela
and are working with a major lumber co. of Dallas to
deforest the property which contains seventeen different
types of exotic hardwoods. After deforestation, Sales from the
timber will begin thereafter.
Revenues received from the timber sales will then be used to fund
MoneyGuild's Gold and Diamond exploration projects of which to date more than 600,000 Au have been proven. The geologist for this project is none other than REX PEG. Lastly, the company plans to file with the
SEC within the next 6 weeks.
