This company looks like it could be on the brink of success. There is a management tie with WorldCom. Also, Pelephone, which is 51% owned by Motorola, could be purchasing 40% of the company. Press Release says we will find out on August 9th. I do not know if any of this will happen but if it does, we could have a winner on our hands.

AcTVnet, The Leading On-Line Internet Service Provider in Israel, To Supply E-Fax System and Equipment TEL AVIV, Israel, June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- AcTVnet, (the new name of One Stop Car of Florida, Inc.)(OTC Bulletin Board: OSCR - news), has received an order from WorldCom Ltd., Israel to implement a networking communications system, including servers and end-user full automated E-Fax equipment, for 5,000 business clients. The initial order for the equipment and services amounts to $60,000,000.
The systems and equipment will be used for an E-Fax applications in Israel. E-Fax allows faxes to be sent to any locations in the world at a very high speed of 15 pages per minute and at a fraction of the normal cost over traditional telephone lines. Using a sophisticated fax machine, clients can send faxes in the same way as normal. The fax is then routed automatically to a remote server for sending to the destination. The system also supports the sending of color faxes to any location with color printers or service bureaus.
If the first stage of the project succeeds, the WorldCom implementation will grow to an approximate 20,000 more E-Fax units. OSCR intends to take advantage of this opportunity to strengthen its dominant position in the Israeli on-line market and expand its Internet and networking services to different regions worldwide. This will result in significantly increased profits for the company.
AcTVnet transferred all of its business activities into OSCR so its stock can be trades publicly under the same name and provide large range of networking services to an ever expanding market. PelePhone to Acquire 40% of AcTVnet Shares Company To Become The Leading Supplier Of Mobile Connections To The Internet TEL AVIV, Israel, June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- The largest mobile telephone company in Israel has announced today the intent to purchase approximately 40% of the shares in AcTVnet (OTC Bulletin Board: OSCR - news) in exchange for cash and other services according to evaluation.
PelePhone has yearly revenues of approximately $800m. PelePhone is a company held by Bezek (49%), the national Israeli telecommunications company, and Motorola (51%).
A letter of intent was signed today and the agreement is to be ratified following the completion of a due diligence on the 9th of August this year.
This agreement and acquisition of shares will help AcTVnet and PelePhone to lead the way in providing mobile connections to the Internet.
