consolidator and operator of floral product distribution businesses.
U.S.A. Floral, the largest integrated distributor of floral products in the United States, and one of the largest in the world, engages
primarily in the importation and wholesale distribution of perishable
floral and floral-related products. The Company also provides
pre-packaged floral bouquets and arrangements to retail florists and
mass market retailers and engages in brokerage services for wholesalers of both foreign and domestic cut flowers. |
