It is to discuss the opportunity costs that our world and nation expends by devoting its productive and emotional energies to a sex scandal.

Five questions:

How does Canada, France, Russia, Japan, India, UK, Brazil, Mexico and Iraq perceive us now that we've obsessed over this matter for 7 months?

Are we a RICHER or a POORER nation because of it?

Would we be a RICHER or a POORER nation if we now moved on to the REALLY BIG PROBLEMS facing our world?

In TWENTY YEARS will we regret that we didn't use our time more productively?

Has it driven our nation apart? And is this a good thing?

Once again this is for the sake of a SANITY CHECK.
