The Vancouver Stock Exchange is planning to start venture capital pools which allow a firm to list before having assets. The Alberta Exchange has had these highly speculative pools for years. Is there not enough risk already on the VSE? There are plenty of junior mining firms now listed on the VSE who do not have cash or properties. VSE is doing this to gain market share which migrated to the ASE in recent years. Comments...
