Return to To STRUD or not to STRUD, that is the question

Management of STRU, a few days ago, decided it would be a wonderful idea to do a 1000:1 reverse split, perhaps as a reward to their loyal shareholders.

The effect was that investments on tuesday worth $100,000, were suddenly worth $1,000.

Are the menagement of this company criminals? Or are they simply extremely stupid?

I don't own this stock, never owned it, and probably will never own it, but it is a very interesting story, or lesson in OTC stock investment.

For those that don't own this stock, read through the Secrets Squirrels thread for a laugh, for those that do, I feel for you man, and please don't read through the sicret squirrels thread.
