Recently Corporate Vision re-defined itself as a holding company.

Currently CVIA is restructuring and preparing to enter into this new market sector, departing from its old image(s). At the moment, the information on the SEC edgar is dated, not accurate, and under revision. The filings should be completed and updated by Oct. 1998

In the past CVIA was a CD Rom maker, then a public shell. It is only fitting after the rocky past of CVIA and the shareholder revolt over the summer of 1998, the old CVIA thread be retired and used for historical references.

This new CVIA thread, marks the change in the new beginning of CVIA, management, direction of the company.
