ACAJ's float is about 1 million shares. Some people on Cyberwhispers have been in contact with the CEO and are hearing that a deal is in the works to buy another company. ACAJ will be a $55 Million company after the deal happens. The timeframe is 2-3 weeks from today. Check the chart, the company has run on news within the past year.

Here's some info:
1. Independant Auditors are currently, as we speak, finishing the Audit of ACAJ. This is for the purpose of verifying the financials as requested by the other company. It is a matter of "Due Diligence".
2. A definative purchase agreement has been drafted and approved. There may be some minor changes, but, it appears that it is "Ready to sign" once the auditors report is in.
3. Terry will be going to New York in two to three weeks to finalize the deal. Terry said that everything was "Progressing very well" and that everything should close on time. I asked him about a specific date and he said he could not reveal that date. However, he did say that he would be in New York in two or three weeks.
4. The financial funding for this acquisition is in place and ready to go.
5. Terry said that the day the deal closes, "ACAJ will be a 55 Million dollar company".
6. Finally, I asked Terry if they planned to have a press release before the closing. He said, "No press release prior to the closing." However, He did say this when I asked him if they would have a press release when the deal was closed. "We have already drafted the press release and it will be released the day of closing.
Finanlly, everytime I have spoken with Terry he has been very helpful and positive. He is pursuing this acquisition agressively and appears to be a very good CEO. He is detail oriented and has a very well thought out plan for action and achievement.
