The company owns Whistler/Blackcomb, rated North America's No. 1 resort. It also owns Panorama in British Columbia, Tremblant and Mont Ste. Marie in Quebec, Copper in Colorado, Stratton in Vermont, Snowshoe in West Virginia, Mountain Creek in New Jersey and Mammoth in California (58%). An international alliance with Compagnie des Alpes (Paris, France) was recently completed. CDA has ownership interests in 11 resorts in France and one in Italy. In total the resorts controlled by these two companies attracted more than 15 million skier visits last year.

Golf resort development is one of Intrawest's rising stars. Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Florida in combination with their recent acquisition of the Raven Golf Group in Arizona brings 14 golf courses to the Intrawest family.

Intrawest's resort business includes restaurants, retail shops, and hotels, many located close to the mountain homes and condominiums Intrawest builds and sells at the base of its mountains. Through subsidiary Intrawest Resort Ownership Corp., the company offers a time-share vacation program to its homeowners, about two thirds of which are US based.
