I have had some bad experiances with Discover Brokerage Direct formaly
known as Lombard Brokerage. I tried to sell my 400 shares of Oracle at $29 1/2 and instead they bought me 400 shares. Results, I lost $1400. I called them and they said they would review their tape and call me back. They never did. I spent as much as one hour and a half
on execution of one transaction and never got it done. This has been usually the case with most transactions I tried. Because their people are not doing their jobs, I lost the opportunity to short the market and make about $15k in profits. They have been called beyond horrible(see thread "gizzard" messages 3497 and 3506). Why don't you share with us your experiance with Discover good or bad. |
