Matridigm will become a public company if approved by ZITL shareholders. With very emotional discussion about this companies technology being fantastic or fraud, thought it would be interesting to start a new thread and let others on SI make their points.

This is the Matridigm home page, the pros to my thinking is Wells Fargo Bank, and Keane as one of the potential "partners"

The downside seems that no real proof has been demonstrated to date (450 days to go until Y2K) that really proves any of the claims made by the company as to the technology.
