Key Cities Capital has recently moved from $.30 to $2 on a significant increase in volume. KCAP on the Bulletin Board. They announced in July a 1 for 1 stock distribution of unregistered shares in a subsidiary to the shareholders saying they would then merge it into a public shell. They failed to realize they have to register any distributions with the SEC. These boys are playing fast and loose with the regs and with the acquistions. They recently announced an acquisiton of a Siberian resourece deal and followed it up with an internet deal. Recent internet promotions have spiked the stock and the huge block of stock in Canada is being liquidated into the volume. This is a no brainer. Check it out! |
