I William Heedcliff Boyle, being of sound mind do hereby leave all my Cachet Enterprises on the VSE stock to my two loving sons. perhaps in their life time this stock will finally hit $5.00 . On the 11 hour of the 11 day of the 11 month, I will take my own life. It's no use trying to stop me I went out on a limb and predicted CED-V to reach $5.00 a share some time ago. I can't stand by and watch this company trade at $0.50 a share it's insane. So as I stated I will kill myself.

The only question that remains is how should I take my own life?
I have decided to make a contest out of it and the winner will receive a lovely tourmaline stone from the Cachet enterprises concession in Zambia. Contest closes on the 11 hour of 11/11/98.
