Solid Partnership:
In 1995, Powertech Industries negotiated a Joint Venture Agreement to bring the Company's technology to production and the commercial market with The Fama Group of Companies who have twenty years of experience in building strong profitable Companies. As part of the the agreement Fama and Powertech formed Gasmaster Industries Inc., as a subsidiary and affiliate to manufacture and market Powertech's technology.
Sound Strategy for growth:
In order to reinforce its industrial and financial viability and to produce an additional products while the boiler technology are being prudently marketed, Gasmaster introduced a new line of product generally called HVAC equipment.
