Datek cost me over $6000 dollars in the last 24 hours due to slow servers and totally incompetent phone people. It has been suggested that Dateks own in-house traders along with Watcher traders use the pending orders at the open to get a jump on us and profit. Anyone interested in starting a class action lawsuit should leave an e-mail.
