Ronald B. Koenig, Chairman
Ronald Koenig has over thirty years of experience in the financial industry. One of the co-founders of MFSI, he has served as Chairman since 1993. Prior to forming the company, Mr. Koenig was a Senior Managing Director and department head of corporate finance at Gruntal and Co., Inc. From 1974 to 1989, he was first a Managing Director and then Chairman of the Board of Ladenburg Thalman and Co., Inc., one of the oldest investment banks in the United States and a member of the New York Stock Exchange since 1876. He has also served as Vice President of institutional sales at Jas. H. Oliphant and Co and was at Leif Werle and Co., an BYSE specialist firm. Mr. Koenig holds a B.S. degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School). He presently serves on the Wharton School Undergraduate Executive Board and is on the business advisory board to the Sterling National Bank of New York.

Stanley Hollander
Stanley Hollander is a seasoned business executive with over 40 years experience. He has been with MFSI. Prior to that, he served as a Managing Director and joint head of corporate finance at Gruntal and Co., Inc. From 1985 to 1989, he was a Managing Director of investment banking at Ladenburg Thalman and Co., Inc. Prior to entering the banking industry, Mr. Hollander spent nearly 30 years in the consumer electronics industry. From 1979 to 1985, he was co-owner and Vice President of consumer electronics distributors, Zemex Electronics-Stanlee. From 1959 to 1979, Mr. Hollander was President of All Brand Appliances Brandsmart. Mr. Hollander was educated at the University of Alabama.

Alan L. Jacobs
Alan Jacobs has been with MFSI since 1995. From 1992 to 1995, he was Senior Vice President and Associate Director of Investment Banking at Josephthal Lyon and Ross Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Jacobs served as a Managing Director of Investment Banking at Ladenburg Thalmann and Co., Inc. and Director of Investment Banking at Schaenen Jacobs Etheredge and Co. Before joining the investment banking industry, Mr. Jacobs spent 15 years practicing corporate and securities law in New York and Boston. He was educated at Franklin and Marshall College and Columbia Law School and holds A.B. and J.D. degrees.

Michael S. Jacobs
Mr. Jacobs has 10 years experience in investment banking and finance. He has been a Senior Vice President at MFSI since 1995. Prior to joining the company, he was a Vice President of Investment Banking at Josephthal, Lyon and Ross Inc., New York and prior to that he was an associate in corporate finance at Gruntal. Mr. Jacobs also worked as a financial analyst at Ladenburg Thalman and Co., Inc. He was educated at New York University's Stern School of Business and at Emory University. He holds an M.B.A. in finance and a B.B.A. degree.

Jay J. Matulich
Jay Matulich joined MFSI as a Senior Vice President in 1994. Prior to that, he was a Vice President of Gruntal and Co., Inc. investment bankers. Mr. Matulich has served as an associate in the Shnasby Group, a San Francisco based leverage buy-out firm and as a Senior Manager in the merger and acquisitions group at Arthur Young and Co. He has B.A. degree from Brigham Young University.
