I am particularly interested in those investors having made private placements prior to the July 6/98 OTCBB launch. This includes shareholders of the shell company, Latitude Network Inc., who, I am told, never received payment (by way of STRU stock?) for their holdings in LATT.
The object of this exercise is to determine the feasibility of a class action suit against Ron and Jason Struthers in both the U.S. and Canada. SEC and OSC investigations are already underway in the two respective jurisdictions.
