The new catch phrase is "politics of personal destruction". If one looks at who has undergone destruction, it appears to be anyone who gets in the way of the Clintons, whether friend or foe. Witness Vince Foster, Webster Hubble, Ron Brown, Jim McDougal, Susan Mcdougal, Monica Lewinski on the friend side and Congressional Republicans such as Henry Hyde, Newt Gingrich, Dan Burton, and now the late speaker designate, Mr. Livingston.
