Has this firm finished its reorganization? Two private placements occurred in November and special exclusive prospecting licences have been recently extended by Sierra Leone Gov't. The firm has a 22.5% stake in a syndicate which has found alluvial diamonds of gem quality. Further establishment of reserves will take place along with a feasibility report later in l999. This project was written off in l997 due to political uncertainties. It is a very speculative stock, but feel that at 20 cents and the fact that incentive options were recently issued, accompanied by active trading volumes, it could be a good longshot in l999.
