Today, approximately 40% of the company's production is now oil as opposed to an all oil production at the beginning of the year. The company has hedged most of its natural gas production at $2.50 per mcf until October 31, 1999.
With its gas production, Tappit expects its cash flow / boe to rise to $10 in the first quarter of 1999. (Assuming $11US / barrel oil).
