I have no way to confirm it, but the insider buying causes me to
think there is a good chance. A lot of consolation is in this sector
anyway, she is off her high of 31-3/8 , and my guess is she will
bring close to that on a buy out. Right now she is trading 18 to 19
range, and appears to be under accumulation.
