Here is a highly unusual situation where, with the turn of a key, they can open a gold mine with about 35,000 ounces a year production in Arizona, have a top flight exploration potential in Alaska, highly qualified management and a tight share structure. The stock has moved off it's low at .08 cdn to .25 cdn recently. Debt free with around 30 million shares out, but only about 1.5 million in the float. The annual reports are beautifully done, and so far they have not issued any paper since going public. Are there any other shareholders out there? Comments?
