I am starting this thread in order to gather more information about the company All-American Food Group (AAFGQ otcbb).

The company recently announced more information about their web site

www.thegourmetpage.com

The have a contract with a noted French company, Etablissement Agricole Limited Responsabilite, to provide gourmet food through www.thegourmetpage.com.

The obvious inherent risk is the company is currently undergoing chapter 11 reorginization.

They have another web site www.thebagelpage.com.

The company also finalized plans for the sale of five varieties of its own SoupChef(r) brand of international gourmet soups, prepared by Fouad El Hashimi, the noted Moroccan born chef who has been covered extensively in media as the rival of the "Soup Nazi" of Seinfeld TV fame.

I am currently considering taking a position, any thoughts?
