An oilfield services co. out of Calgary to soon be sold. This leaves a whole lot of room for speculation but I'm looking for insight.
The news of why the company is for sale is available but lengthy so I didn't include it. FracMaster had a poor earnings report last 1/4 due to economic woes in Russia as did any company doing business over there. FMA seems to be a valuable company with a book value in the mid $6's if I recall correctly. Last trade 2 7/16 on 01-21-99.
Any insight is welcome.
