BoysToys.Com Signs Online Casino Licensing Agreement With Starnet Communications

LA JOLLA, Calif., Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- BoysToys.com
(OTC Bulletin Board: GRLZ) has established a wholly owned offshore corporation
BoysToysgaming.com, Inc. ("BoysToys Gaming"), Antigua, for the purpose of
establishing its online gaming casinos. The offshore entity has signed a
turn-key Internet gaming technology licensing agreement with Softec Systems
Caribbean Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Starnet Communications
International, Inc (OTC Bulletin Board: SNMM).
Boystoys Gaming ( boystoyscasino.com ) has licensed the Softec
Systems Caribbean Inc. ("Softec") turn-key on-line system which will feature
multilingual virtual casino games, sports wagering with real-time odds fed
from Las Vegas and Europe, and "Webcasting" of international horse and dog
racing. The site will cater to a sophisticated clientele, where the gaming
experience will closely resemble a classic Las Vegas style representation with
adult entertainment and decorum.
BoyToys Gaming will be utilizing the Partners Program technology which
will enable BoysToyscasino.com to track and pay webmasters of adult related
Internet sites for each website visitor who clicks through to the gaming site,
opens an account and wagers.
There are now in excess of 60,000 adult websites that represent the single
largest segment of E-Commerce ($1.2 Billion annually). Approximately 40% of
all searches on the Internet are adult related.
Ralph Amato, CEO of BoysToys.com, stated, "the Partners Program will
enable the company to further its business plan to fully integrate all areas
of adult related Internet entertainment. The infrastructure the company is
implementing through the development of its own portal and purchases of
existing AVS merchant card service providers will enhance our casino marketing
efforts."
Softec (http://www.softecsystems.com) has licensed its "turn-key" Internet
gaming systems to fourteen independent operators. Datamonitor has stated
"10.2 Billion US will be gambled online in the year 2002."
