Recently, Pluvia exposed a group of companies that, it appears, may not have had our best interests at heart. #Subject-25226 ...Some good people joined in, and a few days later the SEC decided maybe they needed to take a closer look. #reply-7557809 Read the whole thread from post #1...it's really good reading.

I congratulated Mr. Pluvia on his good work, and he suggested the title for this thread. I liked it too, and here it is.

Please don't just start posting about some stock because you foolishly purchased it at the top and it tanked. That's not the fault of the stock; that's your fault. If you feel the need to flame a "vigilante" for posting something you own, #reply-7523599 go for it, that stuff makes me laugh out loud.

Find out a little about the stock first and if you suspect it could be a scam, post it here, with your preliminary due diligence. Remember, if you assert a scam and don't say it's your opinion, you could be guilty of libel. This is not the Coffee Shop. Let's make this thread for stocks that you have done some preliminary work on.

Here is a real good place to start:http://www.stockdetective.com/

If others feel motivated to help out, then away we go. If we're lucky, we may even get some back-pedaling touts to show up too. #reply-7514808

Individuals can make a difference. Maybe some day there will be no OTC BB scam stocks. And best of all, busting scam BB stocks is really, really fun.
