It seems that investors have just (Feb 3, 1999) discovered this little Long Island enterprise. Book value is about $3 and; about $1.50 is in cash. (Stock closed at 1 25/32)
Recently, the company has agressively pursued a strategy to become
a comprehensive information technology services company including web/internet hosting and e-commerce.
Historically, the company has provided financial services to small businesses including asset management and lease financing.
In addition, PARA also has a legal staffing services company known
as DeltaForce.

The stock looks like it has much promise. It has a minute float
and a remarkable price to sales of about 1:4 (more sales than price).
