Return to PCCG - Profitable, small float and goes Internet with IM.

PCC Group, Inc. (PCCG) is a profitable company with excellent revenue
and earnings growth that has been a wholesale distributor of
Microcomputer products, selling to approximately 250 select value-
added resellers and systems integrators. On 1/11/99 PCCG announced
that they had formed an alliance with Ingram Micro that will play a
significant role in the Company's on-line retail division, Computer
Discount Center, Inc. Ingram Micro is the industry's largest
distributor of major Microcomputer products. PCCG will utilize IM as
the fulfillment house for PCCG's web site and the alliance allows PCCG
to offer approximately 70,000 wholesale and retail computers and
components. In 1998 revenues rose 25% to 79 million dollars and
income from operations rose significantly from $.14 per share in 1997
to $.55 per share in 1998 based on 2,910,985 shares outstanding as of
September 30, 1998. In 1998 the company restructured to focus on
their core businesses and initiation of their on-line Internet retail
site partnership with IM. After one-time restructuring charges PCCG
earned $.08 per share in 1998. For 1Q 1999 PCCG earned $.16 per share
fully diluted with strong quarter over quarter net profit and revenue
growth. PCCG has about 1 million shares of tradeable float based
upon 2.9 million outstanding with about 1.8 million privately held by
insiders. This is a solidly run company with very limited visibility
to date. Trading volume can be very light. Any kind of buying
interest could result in rapid share price appreciation. Comments
from others certainly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
