SI is a medium to communicate Ideas. People come online to discuss the pros and cons of stocks. The intention was to create an atmosphere where all avenues of these stocks could be explored.
But a cancer has developed in the body of SI, and if it is not taken care of, it will spread.
The tumor is known as *ROSARIO*.
Normal people post on stock threads in one of two ways. They either like the stock and discuss why they like it, or they do not like the stock, and talk about those reasons.
Normal people do not like a stock one day, then hate it the next, then like it, then hate it, then like it, then hate it.
What *ROSARIO* is all about is the classic PUMP and DUMP.
Get newbies all excited about a paricular volitile OTC stock, drive the stock price up, then dump into the buying. Once sold, he does a complete turn around and trashes the stock.
Now if he used facts about the stock, it might not be so bad, however, he does not.
Recent evidence of his crimes can be found on the ARET, AGTI, PLRP, PRWT, TNRG, BICO, DYGN,and EXSO threads.
Whether you like those stocks or not is irrelevant.
*ROSARIO* was once banned permanently from SI, but was reinstated after he harrased Gotonet with a potential lawsuit. He sent out abusive emails to people on SI that he thought were responsible. Emails like these:

So here is where SI needs your opinion. Should *ROSY* be banned.
Not only does he blatantly violate the terms of service, but he also violates the Rules of the SEC.
Stand up and be counted. Show SI that the majority of its citizens will not tolerate the antics of *ROSARIO*.
