I recently joined SI and to my surprise one of the threads on the sight was about Heritage Concepts International. I personally have been accumulating H.C.I. stock and tracking every move they have made for the last five years, you might call it an obsession. I have been to their Corporate Headquarters, I have been to Toronto Canada three times in the last two years, I have been to Atlanta Georgia once in the last two years. Last year I went to Burlington Canada to their new Headquarters. In December of 1998 my broker went to Toronto to the Annual Shareholders meeting. He went there for my best interests as well as other clients he manages who have large positions of this stock. Actually he went to find something wrong being " quote" a penny stock [ he's very conservative], well to his dismay he came back talking about the company more than myself. I know this stock is trading in the pennies but I do not consider this Company to be in that category, I consider it to be a real steal at this level. The day will come when they are recognized and all will be chasing them. I have sat down with them all one on one, I have ate at and seen many of their restaurants, I have seen their numbers and heard their plans which Mr. Janik is currently doing, believe me when I say this, Mr. Janik is a Real estate and financial wizard, [ look at his background]. He has his whole life invested in this company and he is going to make it work. I am writing this in a general way not to hype this company or run the stock but to share with you my knowledge of an up and coming new company under Jerry Janik , who has some great franchises and momentious ideas. They know what they are doing and where they are going. If you have any questions feel free to ask me and I will gladly answer them for you, or call them up or better yet walk in their front door and ask them yourself, they are a great bunch of people.
