Return to IDTI-What should we do with its management

For last 5 years, IDTI has not given any rewards to its shareholders. According to the chart at techstocks.com, IDTI's stock price has declined about 43% from Feb. 28, 1994 to Feb. 9, 1999. The CEO of IDTI, Mr. Len Perham, has to be responsible for the poor performance of IDTI. Mr. Perham became the CEO in April of 1991. From 4/1/91 to 12/31/98, IDTI has lost 114.5 million dollars. During the time, Perham took several millions of dollars of salaries and compensations and a re-price of his options in 1996.

Should Mr. Perhma be removed from his current post or should he remain as the CEO ? Please share your thought here.
