Hudson's Grill of America operates 13 full service Hudson's
Grill restaurants which serve lunch, dinner and a wide range of alcoholic
beverage They just opened a location in Dallas last month. A source reports
that it looks great! Their look is similar to a Hard Rock

They will be opening
a new restaurant next month in Michigan and they have recently opened another in
Michigan.

A similar concept is "Eat at Joes", symbol "JOES" is selling for 1.20 with 7
million float.

There is 6,056,986 shares outstanding and an
estimated 1.5 million in the float.
