1. Fully reporting, or somewhat reporting
2. Not hyped on every thread on SI and/or part of some newsletter
3. Under a buck preferrably
4. At or near it's 52 week low
5. Have regular volume (unless it is an unknown soon to be discovered)
6. Not up 100 or 300 or 3000% when you post it
7. There should be some reason why someone might buy the thing
Having said that, the rules can change from time to time at my discretion
