The Emerging Company Report TV Program, Weekend of 2/26

Hollywood, CA-Emerging Company Report, the nationally syndicated
television program which profiles emerging-growth companies

the company's acquisition of an organ-rejection drug. The company also
features carbohydrate-based drugs to treat inflammatory diseases like
psoriasis and ocular inflammation. In a discussion which included Dr.
William Cowden via telephone from Australia, the company expressed
optimism about their future growth. While we have been approached by
large pharmaceutical companies regarding a merger or buyout, said
Stadnyk, the company feels it is best to wait to entertain such offers
until clinical trials of our drugs are completed.

described his company's positioning to become a dominant player in the
Internet business in China.

America Online (NYSE: AOL) announced the acquisition of the Australian
company Survive 2000.

Venturi Technologies, Inc. (OTC-BB: VTIX) whose proprietary and
patented process has according to the company, revolutionized the
carpet cleaning and fiber care industry, Wade Cook Financial Corporation
(OTC-BB: WADE), RFID Systems, Inc. (OTC-BB: RFID), Communitronics of
America, Inc. (OTC-BB: BEEP), Bion Environmental Technologies, Inc.
(OTC-BB: BION) and Kolorfusion International, Inc. (OTC-BB: KOLR), whose
proprietary technology to decorate items is being licensed by Motorola
(NYSE: MOT).
