This company is a diversied natural resources company, with projected 1999
revenues of $29,000,000. which would result in projected earnings per

Janus was spun-out under the Sara Hallitex IPO Dividend Program on July 2,
1998 and the initial trading price of $2.00/share. The stock has climbed
steadily to $3.31/share over the last five months.
Janus has made three very important acquisitions since July 1998. With the
acquisition of the Ponderosa Mine in Oregon it has acquired one of the
most valuable and abundant reserves of Sunstone Gemstone in the world.
Janus has also acquired Triumph Foods International, Inc. a seafood
fishing and processing operation in the Baja Peninsula of Mexico and the
operation in Brazil allows Janus to become a diversified worldwide natural
resource company operating in 5 countries.
