ORTH - Omega Orthodontics, Inc.

I came across this company recently. So far, it looks pretty decent. I took a position today because, IMO, it doesn't look like there is much downside risk. Currently trading at 1/2 X 17/32. Here is what I have found so far:

Book value - $2.16

Total cash - $1.26 million

Total outstanding shares - 5.05 million

Float - 2.5 million

Company's home page - omega-orthodontics.com

Omega Orthodontics, Inc. provides management and marketing services primarily to orthodontic practices and other specialty dental practices in the U.S. For the nine months ended 9/98, revenues totalled $5.4 million, up from $55 thousand. Net loss fell 92% to $303 thousand. Revenues reflect service fees from 15 affiliated
practices. Lower loss was partially offset by negative operating margins due to costs associated with the development of the business.
