LAS VEGAS, March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Jack Talan President of WWCI (OTC BULLETIN BOARD: WWCI) has signed a letter of intent to purchase 2 companies located in the United Kingdom.

Internet Voyager LTD who has just signed an agreement with the English Board of Education, and Internet Financial Services LTD a company involved in providing bank and financial services through the internet.
