(http://www.emergingcompany.com), features interviews this week with
budgethotels.com, Inc., formerly Info Center International. (OTC-BB:
IFCR) and virtuallender.com, Inc. (OTC-BB: VLDC).

Info Center International President Bill Marshall spoke of his company's
decision to change their name to budgethotels.com and it's subsequent
stock symbol change to BUDH. “Our core business is providing advertising
solutions to the budget hotel industry. We have a contract with
Greyhound Bus Lines (AMEX: BUS), giving us first right of refusal to

the growth and profitability we have enjoyed the last two years.”

Founder Scott Kelly of virtuallender.com, Inc. described his company's
entry into the Internet mortgage lending business. “The Internet
mortgage industry is at a point, right now, where online securities and
stock trading was just a couple of years ago. Today, millions of trades
are executed online and we feel, within a couple of years as much as 25%
of all mortgages will be applied for over the Internet.” The company's
virtuallender.com web site gives visitors an opportunity to apply for
mortgages, check their credit, shop rates and calculate payments. The
