U Brand It.

News Release Today
SAN DIEGO, March 15 /PRNewswire/ -- ubrandit.com(TM)
(OTC Bulletin Board: UBRT) is pleased to announce that it has acquired
web-content provider and developer of "private label" systems, Global
Investors Guide, Inc.
Global Investors Guide is a progressive Internet company that provides
financial information services via a web site located at gigweb.com.
Gigweb.com provides online investors with targeted content including, but not
limited to: stock quotes, personal portfolio management, charting, mutual
fund data, corporate/market research, public company web site listings, an
automated investor relations package request system, and financial editorial
content. Global Investors Guide, in conjunction with major industry partners,
is nearing the completion of a comprehensive online e-commerce destination
site designed to directly compete for present market share. All of Global
Investors Guide's web sites have been, and are continuing to be developed with
a strict focus on their ability to be "branded" (in essence, "private
labeled") to other companies. Prior to its acquisition by ubrandit.com(TM),
Global Investors Guide was planning to release its proprietary "branding"
technology in the second quarter 1999, and begin sales and licensing of its
private-labeled sites shortly thereafter.
Jeffrey D. Phillips, CEO of ubrandit.com(TM) (the "Company") stated,
"Global Investors Guide, through its impressive suite of financial and
e-commerce sites, will further enhance ubrandit.com(TM)'s position as a
growing provider of 'brandable' web-content and operator of destination web
sites. The forthcoming 'e-commerce' site will enable ubrandit.com(TM) to
leverage into a strong e-market position very quickly. Global Investors Guide
is attractive because all of their sites have been designed from the onset
with a view towards private labeling to thousands of companies. This aspect
aligns perfectly with our commitment to become the Internet's leading provider
of 'branded' and 'private labeled' Web-based content."
Mr. Phillips also stated, "Through Global Investors Guide's proprietary
branding technology, ubrandit.com(TM) will have the ability to enable
thousands of web-based companies to earn commissions on sales at any one time,
while broadening the scope and market penetration for the Company's
advertisers. Specifically, the Company anticipates that revenues generated
directly from branded licensees will be significantly impacted. Global
Investors Guide's development expertise in the area of 'sticky' applications
and technologies extends our corporate focus and branding appeal by ensuring
that our customers' sites are not only attractive, but give visitors an
integrated reason to remain onsite."
In line with Global Investors Guide's projections, the Company expects to
unveil its initial series of destination web-systems by March 30, 1999, and
clients are expected to be operational under the branded systems shortly
thereafter. The Company plans to continue its ongoing series of corporate
acquisitions and strategic alliances to further strengthen the position as a
provider of superior "branded" and "private labeled" web-based content. To
pre-register and reserve your brandable web site, please visit the Company's
site at ubrandit.com.

This release contains forward-looking statements regarding future plans
and expected performance based on assumptions the Company believes to be
