For the Hell of it...another attempt to follow through on a what appears to be a strategy w/great potential...using scanning tools to detect anomalies in the trading behavior of secrities.
Multi-day is a requirement, since this effort is geared towards those that still carry a day job and don't have access to the tools for daytrading. Momos is what they are, although many that come up are really decent.
We have consistently been able to identify some real winners, a few days before their runs...ROMT, WCAP, IDTC, JOF, recently, but they're buried amongst some others. So, the challenge is to weed out the dogs or one-day wonders. I also know there are others doing this type of scanning, and imagine they should show up when the picks we have in common cross...:o)
Here then, is some common ground to discuss and archive the scan picks, refine the selection strategies, and develop specific and non-specific trade strategies.
